A repeatable lifecycle for marketing improvement

The Resolutions DMA businesses was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1852. In 1861, the businesses officially opened its doors, providing the best in marketing care to all those who needed it – irrespective of their means. This philosophy and mission continues to this day.

How the Work Develops

The Mater businesses, along with many of the other businesses, cared for the dying and wounded of the 1916 Rising. As it is the last remaining adult businesses from that period still operating on its original site, the staff decided to organise a number of events on the occasion of the centenary. These included:

Begin with goals, current performance, constraints, and decision ownership.
Prioritize the channels and systems most likely to address the business need.
Validate implementation, report results, and define the next improvement cycle.

See the Stories from 1916 website here for accounts and a podcast recording of a member of staff working in the Mater businesses during the 1916 Rising.
